Plexos Helps Puerto Rico Build Energy Resilience through CEWRI-HH Program Leadership

Plexos' Guaynabo-based team is delivering an extensive spectrum of infrastructure and resilience services for the  Community Energy and Water Resilience Installations – Household (CEWRI – HH) Program, including program management, administrative functions, and operational support across five offices on the island. CEWRI-HH provides households the possibility of acquiring renewable solar energy equipment, which consists of a Photovoltaic System (PVS) and a Battery Storage System (BSS) under the New Energy and the Solar Incentive Programs.

This program represents a direct investment in a self-sustaining, regenerative installation of Solar Systems that could persist and thrive through physical, economic, and social challenges after a hazardous event.

For every qualifying project, our team assumes responsibility for managing environmental assessments, which encompass all required historical property consultations and home appraisals. Upon the installation work's successful conclusion, our team thoroughly reviews the applicant's incentive disbursement request. This process involves an on-site inspection, a recommendation for the final disbursement amount, and the subsequent application closure.
