      When the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity needed to quickly increase capacity of its unemployment hotline to handle massive surges in COVID-19 unemployment claims, Plexos was proud to rapidly deploy much-needed IT support, a virtual call center solution and staffing augmentation.

      In just a few weeks, we’ve hired, trained and equipped more than 400 Floridians who are working remotely and safely from their homes, and we’re in the process of hiring hundreds more. Just yesterday, our call center services helped 3,300 Floridians with questions about their claims, bringing the total number of residents helped to 29,000.
