Lucy Hebert is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Specialist who thrives on helping people excel by aligning their skills and passions with new career opportunities. Over the course of her career, she has supported multiple industries, from program and construction management to infrastructure, disaster recovery and emergency management, finance/banking, and healthcare.  

Lucy credits her long-standing track record of quickly staffing large and small projects to her creativity and forward-looking strategies. As the career and placement ambassador to Plexos, she draws on 20 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction industry to look carefully at each candidate’s experience, listen to their interests, and then match their unique skills with fulfilling job opportunities.  

Immersed and knowledgeable about the business lines she supports, Lucy strives to quickly identify the right talent that will help teams and departments meet their goals. Her goal is to deliver a positive experience and relationship that is inclusive to all. 

Before Plexos, Lucy served as an HR Business Partner to APTIM, in which she played a key role in transitioning employees to the company after its acquisition of CB&I Federal Services.

Earlier in her career, she gained invaluable recruiting and human resources experience in the banking and healthcare sectors in roles as a Corporate Recruiter for Capital One and as a Human Resources Manager for Louisiana Women’s Healthcare Associates.
