      • Helped state obtain three major disaster declarations and associated funding

      • Identified 30+ available funding programs from state and federal entities

      • Managing Hazard Mitigation subgrants, (13 grants – BRIC, HMGP, and PDM)

      • Developed 111 applications for 404 HMGP program

      • Performed 75 H&H studies for 406 projects

      • Guided 2,600 households through case management services

      • Strengthening local capacity and building pipeline of future water professionals through partnership with local university and the city to provide workforce development

      Suffered catastrophic damage to aging water infrastructure critical to providing safe and reliable drinking water
      to residents

      Critical Need:
      Accelerate progress and implement solutions for temporary and permanent water treatment facilities that will produce       3.6 Million gallons per day (MGD), with capacity for future expansion to 5 MGD
