      K-12 and Higher Education Recovery through FEMA Funding

      Plexos Senior Vice President Casey Tingle led recovery operations for the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP), which included FEMA PA, Sections 404,406, and 428 hazard mitigation, and other federal funding sources. He coordinated recovery operations for K-12 and higher education institutions, accelerating timelines for infrastructure restoration. His leadership at GOHSEP resulted in rehabilitation, rebuilding, and reopening of schools in Orleans, Calcasieu, Livingston, and Jefferson Parish, as well as facilities at McNeese State and Louisiana Tech Universities.
