State of New Jersey, (DCA), (RREM), and (LMI) Homeowner Rebuilding Programs Superstorm Sandy

Plexos provided construction monitoring and inspection services for $1.34 billion in funding for the RREM and LMI Programs in order to accelerate the close out of applicant files in these programs.

As part of this process, our construction managers developed work plans for each homeowner, monitored construction progress, and assisted with the collection and submittal of all closeout documentation. In addition to construction management services, Plexos also provided oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO), which was responsible for managing contract deliverables and performance metrics, implementation of the project operational plan, development of all program policies and procedures, and training of program staff.
