The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) chose Plexos as its partner for its Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. Focused on speed to assistance, Plexos is expediting COVID relief funds to tenants and landlords to provide eviction protection those who have experienced or will experience delinquent rent and utility payments.
Plexos brings a dedicated support team of agents to augment VIHFA’s existing staff, is launching our system for landlord and tenant applications, and is dramatically decreasing the time from approval to payment.
