Plexos provided FEMA Public Assistance and HUD CDBG-DR Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and training for management and oversight of $26 million in CDBG-DR programs for housing, buyout/acquisition, infrastructure, and economic development.
In this role, Plexos worked with city to develop CDBG-DR deliverables including: CDBG-DR Risk Assessment, Pre- Award Implementation Plan, Action Plan, and Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan and Checklists for all program areas.
