Puerto Rico Infrastructure Sustainability Expert Joins Plexos Group

Plexos Group welcomes Yan Carlo Oquendo Ramos as program manager in our Guaynabo, Puerto Rico office. Yan brings more than 15 years of sustainable infrastructure and community resilience program expertise.

Yan draws on his direct experience and energy policy insight to manage large-scale programs focused on renewable energy alternatives, new urbanism, retrofitting, and environmental design. He currently serves as program manager of the Puerto Rico Department of (PRDOH) $1.29B City Revitalization Program.

Before he joined Plexos Group, Yan was Director of the Program Management Office for Puerto Rico’s Central Office for Recovery, Reconstruction and Resiliency (COR3). He implemented and managed complex reconstruction projects funded by $25 billion in funds obligated through FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation (HMPG) grants.
