Plexos Group is pleased to announce the opening of our new Puerto Rico office. From our location in Guaynabo, we are strategically located to manage ongoing large-scale infrastructure and disaster recovery program management work on the island, including program and construction management work for Puerto Rico Department of Housing’s (PRDOH) $1.29B City Revitalization Program and its $2.18B Repair, Reconstruction, and Recovery (R3) Program.
Our new office supports our rapid growth as our experienced team members help Puerto Rico improve its civil and social infrastructure with projects funded by the $1.2T Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and FEMA funds.
Plexos Group’s new office location is home to a highly trained and experienced team of program management and federal funding experts, including former PRDOH Deputy Secretary for Recovery Dennis González and former director of the Central Office of Recovery, Reconstruction and Resiliency (COR3) Yan Carlo Oquendo Ramos. With our proven track record on the island and long-term relationships with local partners, Plexos ramps up quickly with lean and efficient solutions that foster economic development, build safe and sustainable housing, and use renewable energy alternatives.
