Plexos prepares project status reports (PSRs) to keep stakeholders informed on project activities and progress for a specific time period and to help detect potential problems or delays. The format of the PSR and the frequency of submittal is established in accordance with the settlement agreement or program; however, there are several elements common to all PSRs. These common elements include cost status, schedule status, discussion of work accomplished, and identification and resolution of any problems or performance issues. The original project baseline and are derived from Plexos’s internal cost-accounting systems. Schedule status often includes a discussion of work activities performed during the reporting period and progress toward project milestones. Plexos identifies any problems and implements a corresponding corrective action. Problems of any significance are always communicated directly to the client as the problems arise and before they are included in a written PSR. The elements addressed in the PSR provided to the client are also reviewed internally with Plexos’s upper management during monthly project reviews. Example reports are shown below:
